"Preserving the past for our future"
A survey request may be made by email via this site, by fax, or by telephoning our offices where our staff will be happy to book an appointment at a time convenient to yourself. Any request for a survey is usually met within 48 hours; a full and comprehensive report will follow shortly thereafter.
Our report will detail any remedial works which may be necessary, their associated costs, plus any other ancillary works which the Client should attend to, in order to safeguard the fabric of their property.
Upon acceptance of our report and estimate, provision will be made to undertake the work forthwith.
Being members of the Property Care Association (PCA), formerly British Wood Preserving & Damp Proofing Association (BWPDA), Central Conservation's survey report is accepted by all the major mortgage lenders, i.e. Banks, Building Societies etc.
Highly skilled craftsmen undertake all works, and on site supervision is provided by our surveyors and contracts managers.
All our surveyors are qualified to the highest level, having attained the C.S.R.T. qualification and the Certificate of Assessment for Basement Waterproofing C.S.S.W., and have many years experience in the diagnosis of rising dampness, timber treatment and the like.
The surveyor using his experience and specialist knowledge will undertake a full investigation to identify any other extraneous problems in order to be able to arrive at an accurate diagnosis. All our surveyors will arrive for their appointment in a sign written company vehicle and are required to show the Client their company identification before entering the property.
